Job Description

Digital Marketing Intern

As Bloop’s digital marketing intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce operations within the beauty industry. Working closely with our marketing team and e-commerce team in executing digital campaigns, managing online marketplaces, and growing brand presence across digital platforms.  

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: 

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu/XHS, and YouTube)
  • Support content creation for digital platforms, including social media posts, captions, visuals, and basic videos
  • Manage daily social media activities such as posting, scheduling, and engagement
  • Assist in brainstorming content ideas, themes, and campaign concepts

Ecommerce Management: 

  • Support management of e-commerce marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
  • Assist with product listing updates, pricing, promotions, vouchers, and campaign participation
  • Coordinate basic order monitoring, stock updates, and campaign timelines with internal teams
  • Support live streaming (Livehost) activities on TikTok Shop and other platforms, including assisting the hosting live sessions, preparing products, scripts, and talking points.
  • Monitor digital marketing and e-commerce performance metrics (reach, engagement, sales)

Influencer Outreach and Collaboration: 

  • Support the marketing team in identifying, reaching out to, and collaborating with influencers, content creators, affiliates and brand ambassadors to amplify brand awareness and reach new audiences.
  • Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships, collaborations, and content creation projects, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.

  • Pursuing a degree in Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or related field.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and live commerce 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities for generating fresh ideas and innovative content concepts.
  • Proactive, confident and eager to learn
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
