About Bloop Cosmetics

Digital Marketing Intern
As Bloop’s digital marketing intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce operations within the beauty industry. Working closely with our marketing team and e-commerce team in executing digital campaigns, managing online marketplaces, and growing brand presence across digital platforms.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu/XHS, and YouTube)</li>
<li>Support content creation for digital platforms, including social media posts, captions, visuals, and basic videos</li>
<li>Manage daily social media activities such as posting, scheduling, and engagement</li>
<li>Assist in brainstorming content ideas, themes, and campaign concepts</li>
</ul>
Ecommerce Management:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Support management of e-commerce marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop</li>
<li>Assist with product listing updates, pricing, promotions, vouchers, and campaign participation</li>
<li>Coordinate basic order monitoring, stock updates, and campaign timelines with internal teams</li>
<li>Support live streaming (Livehost) activities on TikTok Shop and other platforms, including assisting the hosting live sessions, preparing products, scripts, and talking points.</li>
<li>Monitor digital marketing and e-commerce performance metrics (reach, engagement, sales)</li>
</ul>
Influencer Outreach and Collaboration:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Support the marketing team in identifying, reaching out to, and collaborating with influencers, content creators, affiliates and brand ambassadors to amplify brand awareness and reach new audiences.</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships, collaborations, and content creation projects, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.</li>
</ul>
