Job Description

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Hospitality to represent the Developer's interests in hotel and hospitality operations.
• Act as a key point of contact for communication between the Developer and hotel management partners.
• Assist in fostering a strong working relationship between the Developer and hotel management teams.
• Ensure that the Developer's objectives, brand standards, and goals are effectively communicated and upheld by the hotel management.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the hospitality properties, providing regular updates and reports to the Head of Hospitality.
• Monitor and ensure that contractual agreements, management contracts, and brand standards are adhered to by the hotel management partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach in managing the Developer's interests in hospitality ventures.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the hospitality sector to provide insights and recommendations.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with hotel management partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate effective collaboration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in roles involving property development, hotel operations, or related areas.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively represent the Developer's interests.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
