<li>Collaborate closely with the Head of Hospitality to represent the Developer's interests in hotel and hospitality operations.</li>
<li>Act as a key point of contact for communication between the Developer and hotel management partners.</li>
<li>Assist in fostering a strong working relationship between the Developer and hotel management teams.</li>
<li>Ensure that the Developer's objectives, brand standards, and goals are effectively communicated and upheld by the hotel management.</li>
<li>Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the hospitality properties, providing regular updates and reports to the Head of Hospitality.</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure that contractual agreements, management contracts, and brand standards are adhered to by the hotel management partners.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach in managing the Developer's interests in hospitality ventures.</li>
<li>Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the hospitality sector to provide insights and recommendations.</li>
<li>Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with hotel management partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate effective collaboration.</li>

This job is an Executive role in the Hospitality industry. You&#x27;ll collaborate with the Head of Hospitality and work closely with hotel management partners. You&#x27;ll ensure the Developer&#x27;s objectives are met, track performance indicators, and oversee adherence to brand standards and contracts.
