Job Description

  Position Responsibilities  

1. Employee Engagement & Culture: 

  • Execute comprehensive employee engagement and cultural strategies to enhance positive work environment, morale, productivity, and reduce turnover. 
  • Implement initiatives that align with the company’s culture and engagement strategies, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s values and culture.   
  • Promote, cultivate, and integrate employee engagement, organizational culture, and communication strategies into broader organizational goals and initiatives. 
  • Craft compelling and engaging content, announcement and communication that communicates organizational updates, values, goals, and culture to inspire and motivate employees. 
  • Develop a content calendar and manage the production of internal communication materials, ensuring they are aligned with the company's brand and messaging. 
  • Conduct regular assessments of communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and analytics to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.  
  • Identify, negotiate and secure strategic partnerships with brands, service providers, and companies to offer exclusive benefits and discounts to employees.  
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs and partnerships, making recommendations for improvement as needed.  
  • Conduct and maintain all ER related innovation and automation processes. 

2. Performance Management & Industrial Relations: :

  •  Execute end-to-end PMIR processes and activities including managing cases on disciplinary, grievances, conflict resolutions, and poor performance accurately and in a timely and constructive manner. 
  •  Implement strategies that promote positive labor relations within the organization.  
  • Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.  
  • Develop and deliver training resources and sessions to help managers understand and navigate disciplinary processes in alignment with HR policies. 
  • Conduct and maintain all PMIR related innovation and automation processes.

  

3. Record-Keeping, Metrics and Reporting:  

  • Track, analyze, and report on all PMIRER components including case completion rates, SLA tracker, budget keeping, cost savings, etc.  
  • Maintain the appropriate housekeeping, dashboard, reports, and data analysis accurately and on a timely basis. 


Job Requirements

  Qualification and Experience  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  
  • 1–2 years of experience in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.  
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reports and data management.
  • Intermediate video and image editing skills.  
  • Understanding of performance management processes.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to resolve employee issues fairly and professionally.  
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.  
  • Ability to work well with HR and management teams.   
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
