<li>Promote, cultivate, and integrate employee engagement, organizational culture, and  communication strategies into broader organizational goals and initiatives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Craft compelling and engaging content, announcement and communication that  communicates organizational updates, values, goals, and culture to inspire and motivate  employees.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop a content calendar and manage the production of internal communication materials,  ensuring they are aligned with the company's brand and messaging.&nbsp;</li>

<li>&nbsp;Implement strategies that promote positive labor relations within the organization.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations,  and internal HR policies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and deliver training resources and sessions to help managers understand and navigate disciplinary processes in alignment with HR policies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct and maintain all PMIR related innovation and automation processes.</li>

<p><strong> 3. Record-Keeping, Metrics and Reporting: </strong>&nbsp;</p>

<li>Maintain the appropriate housekeeping, dashboard, reports, and data analysis accurately and on a  timely basis.&nbsp;</li>
