Job Description

• Strategic Planning & User Experience: 
• Plan and manage aspects relating to user experience and user journeys for software projects, BI projects, integration platforms, and AI enhancements, from initiation to closure.
• Visualise and document the platonic ideal for user experience, considering the application of AI where relevant.
  
• Project Management for BI, Integration & AI Projects: 
• Develop and manage project plans for BI projects, integration projects, and any projects involving AI components, such as predictive analytics or automation.
• Collaborate with data analysts and developers to design and build reports, dashboards, integration solutions, and AI-powered features.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements, including those for AI implementations.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, ensuring all components, including AI, are accurate, reliable, and user-friendly.
  
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: 
• Manage relationships with vendors, including those providing AI technologies, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Communicate project strategies and initiatives, including AI enhancements, to stakeholders.
  
• Quality Assurance & Budget Management: 
• Oversee quality assurance for all projects, including those involving AI, and troubleshoot problems during implementation.
• Manage project budgets, tracking AI-related expenses if applicable.
  
• Staying Up-to-Date & Training: 
• Stay informed about the latest AI trends and tools, to recognize opportunities where AI may be applied in future projects.
• Provide user training for new systems and features, including AI-powered elements.
  
• Documentation & Collaboration Tools: 
• Ensure proper documentation for all systems and projects, including those involving AI, ensuring alignment with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in managing software projects, BI projects, and integration platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to closure
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and track expenses
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools, such as Notion
• Experience with documentation of software systems
• Ability to advocate and instill a habit of constant communication with the team and stakeholders
• Experience in overseeing the implementation of ERP systems
