<li>&nbsp;Assist with system upgrades and optimization of our HRIS</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist with maintaining HRIS including updating employee files</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist with resume screening, phone screens, &amp; scheduling interviews</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in the planning of company events and communication.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist with ad hoc HR projects/reporting</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document preparation</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support in any operational and ad-hoc tasks.</li>
