You will collaborate closely with licensors, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with IP themes.&nbsp;</h4>
Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):
Project Planning &amp; Execution:
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Oversee the design, build, and costing phases of exhibitions and events in collaboration with the Creative Team and Operations Team.</li>
</ul>
Licensor Relations:
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary liaison between Incubase Studio and licensors, ensuring alignment on project goals, approvals, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Manage licensor expectations and maintain strong, professional relationships.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
<ul>
<li>Work with the Creative Team on exhibition layouts, floor plans, and event branding.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth logistics, part-timer management, and on-site execution.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align event marketing strategies with project goals.</li>
</ul>
Quality Control &amp; Delivery:
<ul>
<li>Ensure all project deliverables meet company and licensor expectations.</li>
<li>Conduct post-event evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.</li>
