Event Plus (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Executive to join our team. As part of a leading event and marketing agency, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events for our corporate, mass market, and digital marketing clients. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that events are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget.

Job Description:

• Event Planning and Management: Lead end-to-end event management, from conceptualization to execution, including event logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and post-event evaluations.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and ensuring the successful delivery of their events.
• Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors such as venues, caterers, audio-visual teams, and other suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop event concepts, themes, and marketing materials that align with client objectives.
• On-Site Event Execution: Oversee event setup, manage event flow, handle any last-minute changes or issues, and ensure an exceptional experience for attendees.
• Budget Management: Ensure that all events are delivered within the approved budget, providing cost-saving solutions without compromising quality.
• Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare post-event reports, analyze event outcomes, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably within an agency environment.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in event management software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Other Requirements:
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
• Ability to travel to different event locations as required.
• A positive attitude, high level of energy, and enthusiasm for delivering impactful events.
