This role involves executing confirmed projects and coordinating with vendors, operators, and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of events. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality. 
Job Responsibilities
Project Execution:

<li>Manage event schedules, timelines, and checklists to stay on track with deadlines.</li>

Vendor Coordination:
<ul>
<li>Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and operators to arrange logistics, equipment, and other event requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure timely delivery of services and materials from third parties.</li>
</ul>
Stakeholder Collaboration:

<li>Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to align on event details.</li>
<li>Provide updates on event progress and address any issues promptly.</li>
</ul>
On-Site Management:

Budget and Documentation:
