Job Description

We are looking for a creative, organised and trend-savvy Social Media & Creative Content Junior Executive to manage and grow several pet food brands across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Xiao Hong Shu (RED).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative side of content creation and the strategic side of planning and managing brand presence. You will be involved in end-to-end social media execution from ideation and curation, to editing, posting and performance tracking.

• Assist in creating content, including both short form videos and graphics that can be adapted across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Xiao Hong Shu) 
• Ensure created content aligns with each brand’s identity, voice, positioning and marketing objectives.
• Research social media trends, formats and ideas that are relevant to each platform 
• Track, manage and monitor social media metrics across multiple brands and platforms.
• Identify opportunities for online/offline campaigns, launches and topical content 
• Actively engage with social media audience when needed across all social platforms. 

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation 
• Has familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Xiao Hong Shu formats, demographic and trends 
• Good eye for visual design and social media aesthetics 
• Able to curate content with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite or similar.
• Strong copywriting and verbal skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a strong advantage for Xiao Hong Shu) 
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple brands at once 
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
