<p><strong>Position Responsibilities</strong><br></p>
<p><strong>Social Media Content &amp; Community Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning and managing social media calendar and content strategy across all platforms (FB, IG, X, Threads, Tik Tok, XHS).</li>
<li>Create original, and trendy content (posts, stories, short-form videos, livestreams) that resonate with the platform’s audience to grow followers, build brand awareness and ultimately boost sales.This includes conceptualizing, filming, and editing shortform video content, crafting captions &amp; scheduling content.</li>
<li>Identify customers’ needs and gaps in previous content and recommend new topics.</li>
<li>Provide real-time event coverage (recording, photography, live posting, copywriting).</li>
<li>Actively engage with followers through social media’s features like comments, duets, and challenges to foster community interaction.</li>
<li>Monitor social media comments and liaise with the Customer Service Team to address any issues.</li>
<li>Work with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and campaign execution.</li>
<li>Track and analyze performance using social listening tools; prepare weekly and monthly reports.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Influencers Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify, engage and establish relationships with relevant KOLs and KOCs in the industry.</li>
<li>Execute influencer campaigns, including negotiation, budget management, and ROI tracking.</li>
<li>Produce regular reports on campaign effectiveness and audience response.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Campaign Execution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support marketing campaigns with copywriting for App Push notifications and EDMs.</li>
<li>Set up and manage campaigns/promotions in the App Backend System.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned by superior/ management.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Collaboration &amp; Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign success</li>
<li>Contribute to team discussions, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.</li>
<li>Maintain clear communication within the team to ensure transparency and accountability in project timelines while actively seeking feedback, adapting to changes, and continuously learning to enhance skills and performance.</li>
</ul>
