Job Summary
As a Business Analyst, you will work to gather and document business requirements, analyse system functionality, and support the implementation of technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in helping to troubleshoot issues and provide system support to IT department/end-users.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- More than 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
