Job Description
This role is to analyse, design & implement info systems to meet business requirements, provide expert guidance & support to clients & project teams.
- Gather and document detailed client requirements and system specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis and design tasks.
- Lead the implementation and testing of system solutions.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
- Provide expert technical support to end-users and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior system analysts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in system analysis or a related field.
- Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficiency in database management and software development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
