As a builder on our social team, you will help create social content systems, produce posts and short-form video, and scale channels from concept to active audiences.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Plan and produce short-form videos and static posts that match brand tone and campaign goals.
• Create captions, basic visuals and simple edits so content is ready to publish across platforms.

Community & Campaigns

• Schedule posts, respond to comments, and help grow engagement to build a loyal audience.
• Support campaign execution, coordinate with clients or teammates, and track deliverables to meet deadlines.

Analytics & Support

• Monitor basic performance metrics and turn data into short updates that inform content choices.
• Help maintain content libraries and brand assets so the team can move faster.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 0 years experience, fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, design or related field is preferred but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Communication.
• Social Media Management, including Instagram and Facebook basics.
• Content Creation and Copywriting for short captions and video scripts.
• Basic visual editing or familiarity with tools like Canva or simple video editors.
• Understanding of social media analytics and simple reporting.

Soft Skills & Qualities
