IM Interactive Solution Sdn Bhd (Instamedia) creates tech-driven brand experiences for events and campaigns across Malaysia and Singapore. Your mission is to translate those experiences into thumb-stopping digital content that drives awareness and leads.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Content Planning – Co-develop a 3-month rolling content calendar with the Brand Strategist, aligned to campaign goals. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Creative &amp; Shoot Direction – Storyboard, plan shot lists and visual styles; set up lighting, audio and camera for studio, on-site and field shoots. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Production &amp; Editing – Capture photo/video and edit into platform-native assets (IG Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn carousels, XHS posts) using Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Publishing &amp; Scheduling – Own the social calendar via Hootsuite/Buffer; upload, tag and schedule across IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn and XiaoHongShu. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Performance Optimisation – Track reach, engagement and lead KPIs; propose data-driven tweaks each week. &nbsp;</li>
