Job description:
<ul>
<li>Daily inventory reporting</li>
<li>Handle B2C operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)</li>
<li>Manage returns &amp; refunds: Receive returned items &amp; Assist with inspection and recording</li>
<li>Handle customer complaints: Check CCTV footage when required</li>
<li>Stock responsibilities: No need to conduct stock taken record but must audit stock taken record</li>
<li>Documentation management</li>
<li>General office admin tasks: Purchase supplies (A4 paper, stationery, tissue, etc.)</li>
</ul>

This job is all about keeping things moving in a busy warehouse! You’ll manage inventory, handle orders from platforms like Shopee and Lazada, and assist with returns. You might like this job because you enjoy being organized and solving problems!
