This role is exclusively for individuals with a background in Interior Design Project Management. We are not accepting applications from project managers with experience in IT, engineering, construction, renovation, or business sectors. Only those with demonstrated experience in managing interior design projects within an interior design firm will be considered. As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee our interior design and renovation projects — starting from the design handoff through to project completion. 
Your primary duties include:
🔹 Project Coordination

<li>Develop, schedule, and oversee project timelines &nbsp;</li>
<li>Facilitate communication between designers, contractors, vendors, and clients &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure project deliverables are aligned with timelines and scope &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
🔹 Site Oversight
<ul>
<li>Perform site visits to assess quality and progress &nbsp;</li>
<li>Verify adherence to design specifications and standards &nbsp;</li>
<li>Address challenges and manage site operations effectively &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
🔹 Budget &amp; Procurement Oversight
<ul>
<li>Monitor project budgets and assess any variations &nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify material sources and negotiate with vendors &nbsp;</li>
<li>Propose cost-effective solutions when necessary &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
🔹 Client &amp; Team Engagement
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison for clients &nbsp;</li>
<li>Facilitate progress meetings and deliver status updates &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure accurate project records and documentation are maintained &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
🔹 Quality &amp; Safety Monitoring
<ul>
<li>Guarantee adherence to DDA’s quality standards &nbsp;</li>
<li>Implement safety and compliance regulations &nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee final inspections and address any defects &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
