In this role, you'll transform conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and construction documents, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Job Overview:
As a Technical Designer, you will work closely with interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure that design concepts are seamlessly translated into reality. You will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes, and overseeing the technical execution of projects from start to finish. 
<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<h4>Technical Expertise &amp; Design Execution</h4>
<ul>
<li>Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings to support design concepts. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and review construction documentation, schedules, and specifications to ensure accuracy. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all designs align with building codes, industry standards, and project requirements. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and provide technical solutions. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Material &amp; Product Selection</h4>
<ul>
<li>Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for various interior spaces. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain technical specifications, samples, and pricing. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Evaluate materials for performance, durability, and sustainability. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Project Coordination &amp; Communication</h4>

<li>Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met. &nbsp;</li>

<h4>Quality Control &amp; Compliance</h4>
