In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing advertiser accounts by delivering world-class client service and providing strategic guidance on the Involve Asia platform. You will support advertisers in achieving their business objectives through consultative solutions and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers, managing day-to-day relationships and addressing queries efficiently. 
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding advertisers’ objectives and recommending strategies to optimize affiliate marketing performance.
• Troubleshoot campaign or platform-related issues to ensure a smooth client experience.
  

Client Account Growth & Optimization

• Actively identify opportunities to grow existing advertiser accounts and drive revenue expansion. 
• Analyze performance trends and propose optimization strategies aligned with advertisers’ goals.
  

Product & Platform Expertise

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Involve Asia’s products, services, and features. 
• Act as a subject-matter expert during advertiser interactions, including educating clients on new releases, updates, and enhancements.
  

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Conduct campaign setup checks and ensure campaigns meet quality standards before going live. 
• Monitor ongoing performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to address advertiser needs and deliver holistic solutions. 
• Ensure all deals launched on the platform meet internal and external quality standards.
