Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies to promote company projects.
- Coordinate closely with advertising and media agencies, consultants, and suppliers on marketing materials and media schedules.
- Assist in producing marketing collaterals, including project videos, scale models, online marketing, social media content and effective offline marketing tools.
- Prepare monthly marketing plans and weekly Sales & Marketing presentation materials.
- Coordinate sales launches, promotions, exhibitions and roadshows with internal and external parties.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain approvals and ensure timely submission of licenses and required reports.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the property development industry
- Experience working with creative agencies, consultants, vendors and government authorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IFCA Property System is an added advantage
