Job Overview

• Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. 
• You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. 
• To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
• Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities & Duties  

• Highly accountable and responsible.
• Experience with all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation,
• Analyze business requirements, negotiate scope, execute project plans and develop functional requirements,
• Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient,
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization,
• Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings),
• Strong technical proficiency, especially relating to mobile applications, web applications and development, systems integration, and product release and support requirements,
• Must be able to grasp issues quickly and while factoring in technical dependencies and system limitations, make educated decisions in the absence of complete information,
• The ability to frame technical solutions/options and negotiate business acceptance,
• Excellent organizational, tracking skills, and attention to detail,
• Excellent interpersonal skills - both business facing and Engineering.

Job Requirements

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Computer Science or engineering for technical project managers
• Experience with all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation,
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Strong verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
