你将参与项目从头到尾的执行工作，真正地负责到底，从供应商协调、提案准备、出货安排，到客户满意度跟进，全部都能学习和参与。

这份工作是弹性混合制：大部分时间可远程办公，只有在需要安排出货或处理物流时才需进办公室。

As our Project &amp; Operations Coordinator, you will work directly with the CEO as one of the first few core team members to manage projects end-to-end. This means you’ll have real ownership, hands-on experience across multiple areas, and a direct role in shaping the company’s future.
 You will be responsible for coordinating suppliers, handling simple proposals, managing fulfillment, and ensuring client satisfaction after deals are closed.

This is a hybrid role — mostly remote, with the flexibility to come in when needed for fulfillment activities.
 Top performers will have a clear track to a Head of Operations role within 12–24 months.

Your work will touch multiple areas of operations so that you gain a complete overview of how projects, clients, suppliers, and fulfillment come together.

Your Responsibilities:
