<li>Work closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate pipeline</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the database&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in improving job ad visibility and employer branding initiatives</li>
<li>Support the team with ad-hoc sourcing or recruitment coordination tasks</li>
