Our Culture

<li>Manage the office operations, including office supplies, office cleanliness, and maintenance.</li>
<li>Organize company files and documents (both physical and digital) and ensure they are updated and accessible.</li>
<li>Support in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities, if any.</li>
<li>Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.</li>
<li>Help with onboarding and induction of new employees by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.</li>
<li>Maintain employee records (physical &amp; cloud storage) and ensure HR files are up-to-date.</li>
<li>Support payroll processing by gathering and organizing relevant employee information.</li>
<li>Support the finance team on yearly HR Payroll audit request by external auditors.</li>
</ul>
<p>Provide support on directors’ affair as and when needed.&nbsp;</p>
