Customer Success Executive
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to support our growing customer base. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience across our online and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Assist customers with product information, orders, and after-sales support
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and product inquiries professionally
Customer Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with customers and improve customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to ensure positive product experience
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty
Order & Platform Support
• Assist customers with order tracking and product information on Shopee and Lazada
• Coordinate with logistics and operations team to resolve order issues
Customer Insights
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services
• Identify common customer concerns and propose solutions
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams
- Support customer engagement campaigns and loyalty programs

Requirements
• 1–3 years experience in customer service or customer success
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
• Experience in e-commerce or retail customer support is a plus
