<li>Oversee internal coordination to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and quality standards are maintained across all client projects.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Development, Sales, Finance, and Analytics teams to drive successful project execution.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for client communications, ensuring smooth and effective client interactions.</li>
<li>Strategically manage operational client relationships, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal capabilities.</li>
<li>Lead by example in high-pressure situations, maintaining professionalism, confidence, and solution-oriented thinking.</li>
<li>Stay informed on social media and digital marketing trends, providing thought leadership to both clients and internal teams.</li>
<li>Continuously enhance team performance, client servicing strategies, and interpersonal communications.</li>
