J&T Express Graduate Programme gives entry level graduates an opportunity to launch their career in the exciting Logistic industry. We offer experiential learning opportunities, rotations across various departments and functions that prepares high performing young talents to become the future leaders of our business.

J&T Express brings the best experience to our consumers in this accelerated 6-month programme where you will gain exposure at least 2 job rotations across our Non-Technical Functions in the company! You will also have the opportunity working in our Malaysia Headquarter, Regional Headquarter and experience in our front-line operations. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be offered exciting job opportunities based on your career aspirations, your performance throughout the program and business needs.

About The Program

The 6-months program is specially designed for all recent university graduates. Suitable candidates will be offered a structured career development program covering:

1-month Induction & training

This is to help you understand the background of the Company and become familiar with different department operations. You will learn essential employment skills and some NLP related programme to help you advance professionally and personally.

Departmental postings & work assignments

You will rotate through departments in order to learn about the department operations and broaden your understanding of our business. You’ll have opportunities to increase your technical knowledge and personal capabilities through practical experience and formal training that’s tailored to your needs. Through these postings, you will obtain a strong foundation in all-round supply chain management and general management skills and knowledge.

After completing the Program

Depending on individual performance, development opportunities and further advancement to managerial positions will be available for trainees with outstanding performances and capabilities to progress further along their career ladder.

Job Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

• Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification with minimum CGPA 3.0 or its equivalent

• Proven leadership in extra-curricular activities

• Excellent verbal and written English

• Strong analytical skills, leadership skills and confident

• Possess with own transport and willing to relocate internationally after programme ended.
