Job Summary :
The Finance Analyst (FP&amp;A) plays a key role in evaluating financial and operational performance by analyzing key metrics and identifying value drivers. The role supports strategic decision-making through financial modeling, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Job descriptions
<ul>
<li>Prepare financial forecasts, variance analysis and financial reports on monthly and/or adhoc basis</li>
<li>Compile and validate data for journal entries, reviews general ledger entries by cost center and related financial for reasonableness</li>
<li>Generate regular financial reports including MTD, VAR, IL, Workcell Variance, MAP and workcell performance by weekly and/or monthly basis</li>
<li>Collaborate with various departments (Ops &amp; BU) to gather data and provide financial insights</li>
<li>Develop financial modeling to identify cost saving and process improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Analyse the TC elements and highlight key issues in Weekly Indicator, Workcell Statement and Forecast</li>
<li>Partner with operational teams in lean initiatives and financial impact assessment</li>
<li>Review contracts /agreements to ensure alignment with actual cost structures</li>
<li>Provide workcell accounting training and Prism system supports to BUMs and Operational teams</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with SOX key controls and maintain proper documentation</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as required to support finance and business objectives and responsibilities as assigned</li>
