IT Operation Support Services Intern
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Gain practical eperience in both SAP and non-SAP systems while learning IT service management, cross-functional business processes, and analytical problem-solving
- Contribute to real-time production support and collaborate across global teams
- Enhance skills by developing interactive dashboards in Power BI and creating collaborative solutions on SharePoint
Job Requirements
Educational background:
Students who are taking Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or IT related fields
Job qualifications and knowledge requirements:
- Foundational knowledge in IT systems, software applications, or programming
- Willingness to learn enterprise systems like SAP and other business applications
- Basic experience of coursework in data analysis, reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), or web collaboration platforms (e.g. SharePoint)
