Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to provide dual support to our sales and marketing departments, with a strong emphasis on our truck segment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in customer engagement, lead generation, and market promotion within the commercial vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and lead follow-ups for JAC trucks.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential truck buyers.
• Conduct outbound calls or outreach to generate new leads and identify potential customers in the commercial sector.
• Participate in sales meetings, client visits, or product demonstrations when required.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate sales activity data.
• Research and identify new business opportunities within the truck market.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for JAC trucks (digital, social media, events, print).
• Conduct market research on commercial vehicle trends, competitor analysis, and customer demographics to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Support the creation of compelling marketing content (e.g., social media posts, website updates, e-mailers, brochures) specifically for truck models.
• Help organize and participate in promotional events, roadshows, or exhibitions focused on trucks.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, providing basic reports and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, service) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable strong interest in the automotive industry, particularly commercial vehicles and trucks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (both verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of sales processes and digital marketing principles.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and possess a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Prior experience in customer service or a sales-related role (even part-time) is a plus.
• Possessing a valid driving license is advantageous.
