Job Overview
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Executive to support our expanding sales operations. This role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and wants to build a strong foundation in sales. As a key member of the sales team, you will contribute to the full sales cycle—from preparing quotations and tracking pipeline progress to coordinating meetings and managing client communications. Your support will directly impact the team’s efficiency and overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute timely follow-ups on leads, prospects, and ongoing opportunities based on direction from sales leadership.
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare materials, take notes, and follow through on action items.
- Track sales growth and update CRM systems to reflect activity and deal progress, provide regular updates to management.
- Engage with clients professionally to support inquiries, share updates, and maintain excellence relationships.
- Assist in preparing sales performance reports for management, including metrics tracking and documentation.
- Support sales and operations team with presentations, data entry, and administrative tasks.
- Assist in identifying ways to streamline and enhance sales workflows.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative support role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and dependable in following through on assignments.
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
