<li>Responsible in managing day-to-day administrative and operation matters.</li>
<li>Assist Director on daily routine, bookings, meeting, assignments / schedules.</li>
<li>Handle / prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, parcels, etc.) to ensure appropriate actions being taken or attended to.</li>
<li>Reminding on office expenses &amp; billing and ensure payment is made before dateline.</li>
<li>Monitor office equipment and arrange for maintenance / repair when necessary.</li>
<li>Handle private and confidential records / documents and ensure they are remain secured.</li>
<li>Maintain electronic record and ensure information is organized and easily accessible.</li>
<li>Miscellaneous tasks to support such as Director claims, staff claims, filing documents.</li>
<li>Act as a middle man between employee and management to announce office news and information.</li>
<li>Manage all the schedules and keep record the upcoming appointments.</li>
