Role Description
 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Director of Operations will oversee daily business operations, manage teams, design and implement strategic goals, and optimize processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities include budget planning, resource allocation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that align with the company's commitment to excellence. The candidate will also spearhead client services, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering lasting business relationships.

Qualifications
 

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and strong Analytical Skills to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making
• Experience in leading and managing teams with a focus on collaboration, productivity, and achieving organizational objectives
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to align resources with business goals
• Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and uphold service quality
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in event management or related industries is highly preferred
