Vision & Mission

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage full set accounts and support the company’s financial operations. You will work closely with management, external accountants, and the internal team to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.</li>
<li>Handle daily accounting operations like payments, invoices, receipts, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports for management review.</li>
<li>Monitor company cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking.</li>
<li>Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and banks.</li>
<li>Support HR/admin team with payroll data, staff claims, and basic documentation when required.</li>
<li>Maintain organized filing of financial and administrative documents.</li>
