Job Description

 

  • Assist in data entry for AP (Account Payable) & AR (Account Receivable).
  • Prepare and update payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and credit notes.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly account closing.
  • Maintain and organize accounting documents (filing, scanning & record keeping).
  • Support in verifying supplier invoices and checking supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing claims, petty cash records, and staff reimbursements.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for accounting matters.
  • Assist in preparing documents for auditors, tax agents & company secretary.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & accounting software (AutoCount is an advantage).
  • Good attention to detail, time management & willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
