Job Description

The PA role combines the responsibilities of assisting social media marketing while also providing administrative support to the manager. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assisting the manager on adhoc tasks eg scheduling and admin task.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives.
• Generate ideas for engaging content (text, images, videos).
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling visuals and copy.
• Track and analyze social media performance and platform-specific insights.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media content creation and marketing would be a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Proficiency in English, mandarin is a plus.
• Problem-solving prowess and excellent communication skills.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
