The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and passion in supporting clients/students throughout their educational journey, ensuring they have a positive experience and access to necessary resources.</p>

<li>Provide exceptional student services by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests, maintaining high responsiveness.</li>
<li>Organize and manage student courses, events, and programs while serving as a primary point of contact for student communications.</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with students through emails, and social media, and assist with the registration process, updating student information in the CRM database.</li>
<li>Gather feedback to improve services and the overall student experience.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of company products and services, collaborate with the sales team, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on clients' needs.</li>
