In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our internal operations. From providing excellent customer support to handling administrative tasks and coordinating logistics, the ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and eager to grow with us at Corvan.</p>

<li>Provide exceptional customer service in person and through various channels (phone, email, text, etc.), with a focus on resolving complex and escalated customer issues in a timely and efficient manner</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they feel heard and valued</li>
<li>Liaise with third parties regarding general HQ operations.</li>
<li>Organised office files, including invoices, couriers' records, and other essential documents.</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics, including parcel preparation, reverse pickups, courier pickups, and shipping processes.</li>
<li>Ensure the timely resolution of service tickets, and proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction</li>
<li>Manage office supplies stock, research new deals and suppliers.</li>
<li>Manage data-entry, reporting, and other administrative matters</li>
<li>Assist in organising various meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.</li>
<li>Complete any assigned ad-hoc duties</li>
</ul>
