The KL SOC Lead will be responsible for ensuring support and guidance of the L2 analysts in the day-to-day monitoring and for driving continuous improvement efforts.<span><span>&nbsp;</span></span></h3><h3></h3><p></p><h3>Your responsibilities:</h3><div><ul><li><h3>Take on the line management responsibility for L2 SOC analysts.</h3></li><li><h3>Mentor train and support the L2 SOC analysts, ensuring they have adequate support to monitor and respond to BAU alerts.</h3></li><li><h3>Responsible for overseeing the L2 workload, ensuring the prompt and on time delivery.
