Based on skill shall be able to guide, train, and mentor Wash-coat Operators to develop multi-skills and enhance their abilities in Wash-coat operation.</h3><h3><b>Timely Compliance:</b> Ensure the achievement of Wash-coat Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets by consistently completing assigned activities within the specified timeframes as instructed.</h3><h3><b>Quality Control:</b> Implement and maintain stringent control parameters to effectively prevent the production of non-conforming Base Slurry and Wash-coat, thereby ensuring that only products meeting the required specifications are produced.</h3><h3><b>Documentation and Traceability:</b> It is crucial to maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation to ensure traceability and proper identification of materials throughout the process, thereby facilitating effective quality control and regulatory compliance.</h3><h3><b>Versatile Support:</b> Responsibilities in other sections as needed, the employee is also expected to take on any other duties within their skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
