Job Description
1.Carry out ad hoc repairing/maintenance on equipments and machineries to ensure they are
in good conditions in order to meet the organization’s objective and goals.
2.Team up with Maintenance Executive on chronic equipments failure through appropriate
trouble-shooting and continuous improvement methodology.
3.Carry out investigation; implement containment and permanent corrective action to reduce/eliminate maverick loss (through teaming effort with equipments/process engineer and supervisor)
4.Conform to quality system requirement as spelt out in FMEA, Control Plan, maintain effective records on equipments log book on equipment failure, investigation and corrective action taken.
- To ensure safety at work places are adhered.
- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidates possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the related field is needed for this position.
- Able to carry out effective troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components/equipments.
- Must be willing to in shifts.
- Able to plan, organize, execute plan according to drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication skills and able to interact with all levels of employees.
