Overview
We are recruiting Production Assistants to support our daily production activities in the Quality Inspection and Assembly sections. This role suitable for individuals who enjoy practical hands-on work and are comfortable handling precision miniature components. Suitable candidates may also be placed on our in-house Career Development Program for Manufacturing Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality inspection of finished parts
- Assembly of small components or fixtures
- Labelling and packing of finished parts
- Daily Housekeeping & equipment preventive maintenance
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

- Enjoys repetitive and precision-based tasks
- Task-oriented, follows procedures and output-focused
- Good visual and hand-coordination
- Able to use simple assembly or inspection tools (training will be provided)
- Prior experience is advantageous but training will be provided
