Customer Service Advisor – Collection Project - Native Japanese (Spouse Visa / PR) or Korean speaker

📍 Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor.

Join a global travel platform and support international partners through voice and email. This role focuses on assisting partners with payment collections, invoice inquiries, and account-related matters, while providing excellent partner service.

Position

Customer Service Advisor – Collection Travel Project

Start Date:

  • Japanese Speaker (Spouse Visa / PR): 26 March
     
  • Korean Speaker (Local Malaysian): 11 May
     

Salary

  • Japanese Speaker: RM9,000 + up to RM300 KPI allowance
     
  • Korean Speaker: RM8,500 + up to RM300 KPI allowance
     

Working Days / Hours

  • 5 working days, 2 days off (rotational)
     
  • Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM
     

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle voice calls and email support with partners
     
  • Follow up with partners on overdue payments
     
  • Assist with invoice disputes and payment verification
     
  • Support partners with account status, payment updates, and contract/invoicing details
     
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues efficiently
     
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely partner support
     


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
     
  • Minimum 6 months BPO / Customer Service experience - FLUENT in MS ACCESS
     
  • B2 level English proficiency
     
  • Native Japanese (Spouse Visa / PR) or Korean speaker
