Customer Service Advisor – Collection Travel Project

<h3>Start Date:</h3>

<li>Japanese Speaker (Spouse Visa / PR): 26 March &nbsp;</li>
<li>Korean Speaker (Local Malaysian): 11 May &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Salary</h3>
<ul>
<li>Japanese Speaker: RM9,000 + up to RM300 KPI allowance &nbsp;</li>
<li>Korean Speaker: RM8,500 + up to RM300 KPI allowance &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Working Days / Hours</h3>
<ul>
<li>5 working days, 2 days off (rotational) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle voice calls and email support with partners &nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow up with partners on overdue payments &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with invoice disputes and payment verification &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support partners with account status, payment updates, and contract/invoicing details &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues efficiently &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure accurate documentation and timely partner support &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
