Job Description

 Our client a well established BPO is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent (Digital Banking) to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor (walking distance from Phileo Damansara MRT Station (KG11) . This is a contract position that will allow you to apply your excellent customer service skills to support our clients' digital banking needs. 

  • Answering incoming calls, responding to live chat inquiries, and emails from customers related to digital banking products and services professionally and courteously.
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues related to digital banking products and services.
  • To meet the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monthly.
  • Assisting customers with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking related inquiries.

Job Requirements

 What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM holder with least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the financial services or digital banking sector. SPM leavers are freshers are encouraged to apply as well.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer queries and complaints
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. The ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
