&nbsp;Our client a well established BPO is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent (Digital Banking) to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor (walking distance from Phileo Damansara MRT Station (KG11) . This is a contract position that will allow you to apply your excellent customer service skills to support our clients' digital banking needs.&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Answering incoming calls, responding to live chat inquiries, and emails from customers related to digital banking products and services professionally and courteously.</li>
<li>Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues related to digital banking products and services.</li>
<li>To meet the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monthly.</li>
<li>Assisting customers with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking related inquiries.</li>
</ul>
