- We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to manage voice call, live chat and email support.
- The role is responsible for responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat and email platforms.
- Handle customer enquiries through live chat and email in Mandarin (simplified/traditional) and English.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Traditional Mandarin (read and write) is a MUST
- SPM with at leasr 1 year experience in customer service. Diploma and Degree holder without experience may apply.
- Good written communication skills in TRADITIONAL MANDARIN.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience in customer service or online support is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work from office at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam (LRT Subang Jaya (KJ29). walking distance from office.
