Shift : Normal working hours 9am-6PM
Salary : RM 4200 - RM 4500 + RM 300 KPI
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to join our sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales over the phone.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build rapport quickly with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Must have background in sales minimum 6 months.
- Ability to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
