Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to manage live chat and email support.

The role is responsible for responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat and email platforms.

  • Handle customer enquiries through live chat and email in Mandarin (simplified/traditional) and English.
     
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
     
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
     
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Job Requirements

 

  • Proficient in Traditional Mandarin (read and write) is a MUST

  • SPM with at leasr 1 year experience in customer service. Diploma and Degree holder without experience may apply.
  • Good written communication skills.
     
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
     
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability.
     
  • Prior experience in customer service or online support is an added advantage.
