Job Description

Growing premium nutrition brand specializing in goat milk-based products from New Zealand seeks an intern to support medical marketing and healthcare relations. The role involves engaging healthcare professionals, conducting field visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and confinement centers within Klang Valley, promoting product benefits and scientific materials, supporting events and activations, collecting market intelligence, and assisting with administrative reporting and coordination over a 3–6 month internship.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, pediatric clinics, GP clinics, pharmacies, and confinement centers in Klang Valley.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses, dietitians, clinic assistants, pharmacists, and confinement center staff.
• Introduce and educate healthcare professionals on company products and latest product developments using approved scientific materials.
• Explain key product benefits and clinical evidence in a professional and compliant manner.
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities; prepare simple weekly visit reports and updates.
• Support medical events, seminars, workshops, roadshows, product sampling, and educational activities.
• Update visit records, contact databases, follow-up status, coordinate appointments, and ensure promotional materials are organized and stocked.

Qualifications & Candidate Qualities

• Diploma or Degree student in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Sciences or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in presentation and communication.
• Comfortable meeting healthcare professionals and conducting field visits; positive, proactive, responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel around Klang Valley.
