Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate *Restaurant Manager* to oversee the daily operations of our Thai restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep appreciation for Thai cuisine and culture, and a customer-first mindset.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- Manage daily restaurant operations including front and back of house
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff and kitchen team
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer feedback
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table flow during peak hours
- Plan staff schedules and manage payroll budgets
- Coordinate with suppliers and control stock levels
- Handle POS systems, daily sales reports, and cash reconciliation
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in restaurant management (experience in F&B preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead under pressure and solve problems efficiently
