The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep appreciation for Thai cuisine and culture, and a customer-first mindset. *Key Responsibilities*: - Manage daily restaurant operations including front and back of house - Lead, train, and motivate service staff and kitchen team - Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer feedback - Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with health &amp; safety standards - Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table flow during peak hours - Plan staff schedules and manage payroll budgets - Coordinate with suppliers and control stock levels - Handle POS systems, daily sales reports, and cash reconciliation - Assist in marketing and promotional activities
