Job Responsibilities
1) Product Strategy Development: Develop and execute the product roadmap for payments on both online and offline, aligned with the company’s strategic goals and market trends. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our payment products based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback. Lead in Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and execution on payment initiatives in ensuring planned results met as per business objective.
2) Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption. Define product requirements and specifications, and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
3) Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product goals and successful product launches. Work proactively and leverage with external partners, and upstream payment processors/acquirers, and vendors to ensure excellent service delivery and processing within SLA to merchants and clients. Champion the needs of the payments product internally and externally, fostering a culture of collaboration and customer focus.
4) Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards related to payments (e.g., PCI-DSS, PDPA), ensuring our products are compliant and secure. Work with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory challenges and maintain adherence to standards.
5) Market Analysis and Customer Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs in the payments space. Gather and analyse customer feedback and usage data to iterate on existing products and identify opportunities for improvement.
6) Performance Tracking and Optimization: Define key metrics for success and track product performance against these metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize payment products and drive continuous improvement.
