<ins>What This Role Is About</ins>
This role combines content planning, basic graphic design, campaign execution, and e-commerce platform management.
You’ll be responsible for planning, preparing, editing, and posting content, executing campaigns based on clear guidance, and maintaining product listings across e-commerce platforms. Your main focus is clean execution, consistency, and reliability. Over time, you’ll have opportunities to lead smaller campaigns and take on more ownership.

Key Responsibilities
<ins>Content Planning, Creation &amp; Posting</ins>
<ul>
<li>Plan, prepare, design, and schedule content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, website, marketplaces.)</li>
<li>Create and edit basic graphic designs and content visuals (static posts, simple motion, banners, thumbnails)</li>
<li>Prepare captions in English and Malay, following brand tone and guidelines</li>
<li>Ensure content is posted accurately and on schedule</li>
</ul>
<ins>Campaign Execution</ins>
<ul>
<li>Execute campaigns based on provided plans (site promotions, sales campaigns, product launches)</li>
<li>Assist in campaign setup and coordination across platforms</li>
<li>Gradually take ownership of smaller campaigns as confidence grows</li>
</ul>
<ins>E-commerce Platform Management</ins>
<ul>
<li>Upload, update, and maintain product listings across all e-commerce platforms</li>
<li>Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions are accurate</li>
<li>Update banners, collections, and campaign visuals on platforms when required</li>
<li>Coordinate with ops/warehouse team to ensure listings match stock availability</li>
<li>Liaise and reach out to affiliates that aligns with brand vision&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ins>Ads &amp; Reporting</ins>
<ul>
<li>Execute basic ad-related tasks&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track basic performance metrics and update simple reports, including:</li>
<ul>
<li>Content performance</li>
<li>Campaign results</li>
</ul>
</ul>
